Ideal Bride would like to introduce the fleet to our readers. The fleet comprises of Beryl a 1964 VW Split screen campervan, Billy a 1972 VW Bay Window campervan, and Bella a 1971 VW Karmann Beetle cabriolet all three are stylish, iconic and different, we are sure you will find what you are looking for.
Special features... Bella is an original UK RHD 1971 silver Karmann Beetle cabriolet which is totally original, she still looks the same today as she did when she left the VW factory. Bella is our newest edition to the wedding fleet and is available to hire for your special day.
Special features... Beryl has just gone through a full restoration which was started June 2010 and was completed in July 2011. she has had brand new interior, offering a very cosy sociable layout. She comprises of two bench seats facing each other, the interior also includes a cocktail cabinet which will hold a bottle of champagne to celebrate your special day. Beryl has space for 5 passengers making her perfect for Wedding Hire.
This year Beryl has also been treated to a full custom handmade wooden roof lining and door panels giving her a unique stylish interior.
She has also had new deluxe trim, new flooring throughout and has been re-upholstered to compliment any wedding.
Beryl will keep you warm and cosy while traveling to your destination as she has been fitted with a Propex heating system which runs independently from the engine.
Special features... Billy is a 1972 VW Bay window campervan. He started life in the sunny climate of Portugal and made his voyage to the UK in 2002. Within the past year, Billy has undergone a transformation, having been fitted with a brand new 1600cc engine with twin carbs and much more. Billy has a sociable layout, comprising of a 3/4 bench seat, one fixed seat and two fold down buddy seats allowing you to comfortably fit five people around the table. Inside Billy has been treated to a new custom wooden interior, brand new roof lining, flooring throughout and has been fitted out with a brand new Blue Bird 3/4 rock and roll bed which has been newly upholstered earlier this year
