Former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney has wed his beautiful American fiancee Nancy Shevell in the British capital. The couple held a modest ceremony at Marylebone Register Office in Central London, the same venue Paul chose when he married first wife Linda.
The bride wore a simple and sophisticated gown designed by Paul's Daughter Stella McCartney. The couple looked radiant as they happily waved to the crowd of well wishers that had gathered outside the venue. The couple chose to marry on 9th October as it would have been fellow Beatle, John Lennon's 71st birthday. Ex Beatle Ringo Starr was amongst the guests at the intimate ceremony.
Paul and Nancy's union in marriage is number three for the musician and number two for Nancy. It is reported the newly weds will be honeymooning at Sir Mick Jagger's beachside villa in Mustique, after their stay at the Carribean island hideaway it is thought the couple will then fly into New York to celebrate with Nancy's family.
Congratulations to the happy couple, Ideal Bride Magazine wishes them all the best for the future.
