Devonshire Arms Country House Hotel & Spa

The Devonshire Arms Country House Hotel & Spa is situated on the Duke of Devonshire's picturesque 30,000 acre Bolton Abbey Estate in the Yorkshire Dales. The hotel's 40 bedrooms, including seven with four-poster beds, and two suites, have been individually decorated by the Duchess of Devonshire. Each room is exceptionally comfortable and imaginatively furnished with thoughtful touches.

Guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to dining. The hotel offers the Michelin starred Burlington restaurant, which has also been awarded 4 AA rosettes under Head Chef, Steve Smith, making it the highest rated in Yorkshire. The elegant Burlington restaurant is dressed in pale aubergine and accentuated with classic architectural drawings. The Burlington also has a bright, airy conservatory, where guests can enjoy the summer rays or have a romantic dinner under the stars.

Alternatively, guests can enjoy first-class cuisine in the vibrant Devonshire Brasserie and Bar. This modern space features bold colours and contemporary artwork to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Guests can opt for a quieter alcove for a more intimate setting. The Devonshire Arms is renowned for having one of the finest wine lists in the country with over 2,000 bins, and an impressive Champagne list.
