The Venue
Located 3 miles north of Grantham, Belton is the perfect English country house. Built for Sir John Brownlow in the 17th century, this elegant house has stunning interiors, magnificent plasterwork ceilings, fine portraits and intricate wood carvings.
Belton is set amidst magnificent formal gardens and beautiful parkland. Both the Italian and Dutch Gardens are a delightful setting for wedding photographs and champagne receptions. With 35 acres of garden to explore, including the newly restored Boat House, there is a choice of locations for more informal photography too.
Belton House has one room licensed for civil wedding ceremonies. Photographs can be taken at the main entrance, in the gardens, on the North Terrace or in the Orangery. Champagne receptions are held in the Orangery, with the additional option of celebratory drinks near the North Terrace.
Belton House also offer the option to have Wedding Photographs in Belton House's delightful gardens. The 35 acre gardens comprise the Italian Garden, Dutch Garden, restored Orangery and Statue Walk. These features create the perfect setting for your wedding photographs and an impressive lasting reminder of your special day.
