Gosfield Hall

Gosfield Hall is a stunning Georgian manor house offered exclusively to you for your wedding day. Formerly a Royal residence, the Queen Charlotte's Oak panelled gallery with a 120ft long aisle is perfect for wedding ceremonies and the newly licensed carriageway is the perfect location for outdoor ceremonies on sunny days. The Marquis of Buckingham's former ballroom provides an exquisite setting for the reception meal for up to 116 guests and there are several grand and ornate reception rooms for you and your guests to enjoy.

Gosfield House offer exclusive use of the entire house and can accommodate up to 250 guests for the evening reception and party. There are 21 newly refurbished bedroom suites offered to you exclusively for your wedding night providing the perfect end to your special day at Gosfield Hall. Gosfield Hall is located in the heart of rural Essex, yet is only 30 minutes from Stansted Airport and the M11 to London.

Start your big day the night before your wedding by upgrading to their two night wedding package. Arrive from 5pm the night before your wedding for relaxed pre-dinner drinks, followed by your choice of informal buffet style dinner served with wine. With full bar facilities and use of the entire house and grounds arriving the night before the wedding provides the perfect opportunity for you and your closest friends and family to meet and relax before your wedding day.

Wake on the morning of your wedding feeling refreshed and revived with a full English breakfast served to you and your guests in your favourite room. A range of outdoor activities can be arranged, such as Clay Pigeon Shooting and Archery for the men to enjoy while the ladies can be pampered by in-house beauty therapists before the rest of your guests start to arrive from midday.

An early check-in is guaranteed so that your chosen friends and family can arrive from Midday to get ready in good time for your wedding ceremony. A full English breakfast is served the following morning, providing the perfect end to your stay at Gosfield Hall. Gosfield Hall can arrange for champagne and flowers in your bedroom or in the Bridal Suite as a special gift to the happy couple.
