Here Comes The Bride Charity Walk

Hen Heaven, the UK's leading hen weekend organisers, set themselves the challenge of walking 6 miles along the South coast from Peacehaven to Brighton to raise money for Rockinghorse Children's Charity. The 'Here Comes the Bride' charity walk was organised by the party experts and saw the staff dressed as brides and bridesmaids for the trek.

The company, which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, wanted to give something back to the community and chose Brighton based charity Rockinghorse. The charity supports Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital in Brighton and other children's services across Sussex.

The party experts braved the bad weather and were windswept along the coastal path raising a total of £2800 for the charity. Allie Polhill, Senior Fundraising Manager at Rockinghorse commented "We are incredibly grateful to Hen Heaven for raising such a huge amount of money."
