Sports & Sweetie Wedding Photoshoot

A group of trusted professional wedding suppliers based in the North East of England have come together to create a sports and sweetie themed wedding photoshoot. The photoshoot took place at The Newcastle Falcons Rugby Club, which boasts great sized function rooms with amazing views of the pitch; a dream come true for rugby loving grooms.

The rugby club is a unique venue that offers an abundance of interesting photo opportunities, choosing such venue will encourage brides and grooms to think outside the box to get some unique photographic mementos of their big day.

Kerry Taylor from Daisychain Events and Chris Ord from Xtraordinary Photographer devised the photoshoot and knew the suppliers they were working with produce high quality, handmade products. Kerry tells us "one of my favourite things to do is style a photoshoot, it really allows me to get my creative juices flowing! Chris is such a genius with the camera, the photoshoot was so much fun.

Both Chris and I wanted to offset the masculine aspect of the venue with girly elements, hence the sweeties! The pastel colours are a perfect summer palette and one that will be eternally popular. Some classically styled tables appeal to the more sedate side and then we went to town with a mad hatter style candy fest!"
