Newcastle Racecourse Wedding Show 2012

The UK Wedding Shows will stage a one day wedding fayre at Newcastle Racecourse on Sunday 7th October. The fayre will be a one day event for the first time in 2012 due to the popularity of this type of bridal event in the area and in response to feedback from visitors.

There is a two day exhibition staged by The UK Wedding Shows at the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle in January 2013 to complement this wedding fayre and give brides in the North East a choice of dates to visit a show. The show at the Racecourse takes place at a venue steeped in history giving a unique atmosphere to the event. A popular show year on year with exhibitors and brides, the space will accommodate approximately 50 exhibitors with companies in attendance from all areas of the wedding industry.

Exhibitor's stands will be in the Gosforth Park Suite and the award winning fashion show takes place four times during the day in the specially designated Charles Brandling Suite, giving it an intimate atmosphere away from the main exhibition space. The show is always popular with exhibitors who bring a wide range of products and services to the event each year.

The venue is famous for its horseracing events and is set in 805 acres with the historic Brandling House at the centre of Gosforth Park. Visitors to the venue comment on the friendly down to earth feel of the show. Admission is priced at £3 and brides who visit the show can gain free entry when accompanied by a paying guest and should print off their complimentary ticket via the website.
