2012 Wedding Trends: Cheese Wedding Cakes
When the modern couple are planning their wedding they are constantly looking for details that make their celebrations unique and memorable. The wedding cake plays a symbolic part in the day and the cutting of the cake is a must take photograph. In recent years we have seen a rise in cupcake towers, Temari cakes and the latest hot trend is cheese wedding cakes.
Perfect for cheese lovers and can also serve as part of a cheese course at the meal or in the evening buffet. A tower of truckle cheese dressed with fruit and flowers to match the colour scheme or wedding theme. A cheese wedding cake is ideal for a rustic or Mediterranean themed wedding.
